Papua New Guinea is a country famed for its wilderness and outstanding natural beauty, indeed the high altitude and plentiful rainfall make for ideal growing conditions.
This exciting example is from the Bunum-Wo estate in the Western Highlands of Papua. The estate is made up of many smaller growers who receive medical treatment, schooling and advice on environmentally friendly farming techniques.
This is coffee with gravitas.
